Refund & Return Policy

At Wintopia, your comfort and satisfaction mean everything to us.
If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make things right.


🛍️ Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, simply email us at wintopiaa@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (and photos, if applicable).

  • Once approved, we’ll provide step-by-step return instructions.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep things fair and safe for everyone, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Worn, used, or washed items


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wintopiaa@gmail.com
We’ll happily replace it or issue a full refund — no return needed in most cases.


🌍 Lost or Delayed Packages

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but sometimes delays happen due to the carrier or customs.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please reach out so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
