All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Because we work with global suppliers to offer the best prices, delivery times may vary.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, depending on the carrier.

  • Some international shipments may show limited tracking until they reach your destination country.


5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

  • If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us within 12 hours at wintopiaa@gmail.com so we can try to update it before the order is processed.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier delays.

If your package is lost or has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or solution.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
