1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.

Because we work with global suppliers to offer the best prices, delivery times may vary.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, depending on the carrier.
Some international shipments may show limited tracking until they reach your destination country.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us within 12 hours at wintopiaa@gmail.com so we can try to update it before the order is processed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier delays.

If your package is lost or has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or solution.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
